The name reminds of Romans and actually is Latin. Arboretum means an accumulation of different groves. The Golf Course got the name at one hand due to an old pine wood it is established in. At the other hand it is situated nearest to Park Arboretum Volčji Potok - a well known horticulture place in Slovenia.

18 holes between two small lakes

The Arboretum Golf Course, a par 71, presents ambitious fairways in a picturesque pine wood between two small lakes. Built 1998 with 9 holes only, the course was extended to 18 in 2002. Some putting greens and a driving range are available to exercise and to improve one's skills. The course attracts experienced players as well as beginners.

Hospitable and comfortable Club House

After a round or between two the Club House invites to relax and recover. It is situated near the ninth green and the lake there. Hospitable and comfortable it is presenting itself as core of the course and centre of golfer's social activities
