In case natural snow is not sufficient, snow cannons will help. But due to the fact that the skiing area is mainly based on alps and meadows there is no need of a very thick snow cover as an optimal underground.

So naturally Krvavec as skiing attraction for tourists is also the main spot for winter sport enthusiastics from Ljubljana. Office work in the morning, skiing in the afternoon.
