The offer of various medical tasks and recreational potentials of Terme 3000 is based on its special and unique black water spring. The thermal water resources in Slovenia are "leftovers" going back to times when the Pannonian Sea was covering the country.

The extraordinary black water spring provides incomparable thermal mineral water, from a depth of nearly 1500 metres with a temperature of 72° Celsius at the source.

The water has special healing effects on blood circulation, rheumatic and skin diseases, lung ailment and post surgery dysfunction of the musculoskeletal system. The Moravske spa achieved the corresponding licences of the Slovenian Health Authority.

The black water benefits are available by means of four wells and a re-injection system for excess thermal water. So Terme 3000 is offering a wide range of classic as well as alternative therapies.

To note only a few: acupuncture, kinesi- or electro therapy, fango compresses, pearl baths and dietary nutrition. An area of more than 22 swimming pools including a water tower with slides and a lot of water massages present the core of this spa sui generis.

In 2006 Terme 3000 opened the 5 star Livada Prestige Hotel. Besides top class hotel features guests can enjoy the pleasant effects of the black thermal water even in the hotel rooms.
